My School Day

GIF with GIMP

This is like my daily life [school days only, of course]. Everyday I am reluctant to wake up and so I am sleepy in the morning and go to school via van. First thing I do when I get to class is set up my books and other stationary. Then I listen to teachers and write down notes. The teachers also usually give activities regarding a laptop. So that describes my day before lunch. Lunch consists of Idli and Sambar and then it's English class for me. English class is always after lunch for me this year. Then after English class, the bell rings, and I rush out and go home in the van. Then I start my homework and usually I end up being frustrated by how much homework I have. After that, I eat dinner with my family and then it's bedtime for me.

Underwater Scene

The Finished Product Abstract : The purpose of my program is to draw an underwater scene that always shows the sand, sunlight, bubbles, the fishes, and the treasure box, and the shipwreck and sometimes draws algae. This was done in a group; I wrote the code for the sand, the treasure box, the algae, and also helped with the partners' sections of code. Every time the program is run, the sunlight will be different in terms of angle and length; there may or may not be algae that is different in angle, size and number of leaves/bushes; there will be a different amount of bubbles in different sizes and the cracks in the ship will be at different angles, sizes, and places. The sand will also be slightly different with different shades at different places. The treasure box will have a different number of coins in slightly different colors and ‘places’ though within a range of x and y. This was done in the Code.Org App Lab programming environment which uses Javascript. Full Reflect...

A Day With My SuperStar : Rick Riordan!!!

Disclaimer: This didn't actually happen. This is actually a project for Web Applications : Editing in GIMP. I can't believe that I'm spending an entire day with my superstar; Rick Riordan!!! He is the author of Percy Jackson, Kane Chronicles and so many more other books!!! They're my favorite books and if you know me, you know that I love my books. So firstly, I asked him to read me a few excerpts from his book. The book although carrying tones does not always have the tone of the author. The tone was extremely emphasized in the way he wanted it when he read it to me which I liked extremely because the author's tone is extremely important. Reading with Rick Riordan [GIMP] After that we watched some movies that I liked a lot. For example: Percy Jackson movies to see what he thinks about it; if it's similar to his way of thinking or not. I also wanted to see some movies related to Ancient Egypt like the Mummy and the Stargate movies. It is very exciting...
